Consider what your objectives and requirements are for your project when writing your creative brief. It doesn't have to be long, but make sure to cover the following key information about your project: 1. Who? Who are you? What do you (or your organisation) do? What are style references in a creative brief?
Style references give applicants a better idea of your style and vision for your project. Applicants will include up to three relevant examples of previous portfolio work in response to your creative brief, but also, and more specifically, in response to your style references. Make sure they echo the creative direction to take for your project and/or your brand identity, so applicants can best demonstrate their expertise and relevance to your project. Who can apply to my creative brief?
Creative freelancers that match your project requirements can apply to your creative brief. Creative freelancers will receive the opportunity when: • The role and creative service you selected matches their profile • The location you selected matches their home city If your opportunity can be done remotely, the creative freelancers that match your needed role and service will be able to apply, no matter where they're based in the world. The creative freelancer didn't deliver
Close your project from your Project Page and let us know immediately in the feedback section. We'll get in touch as soon as possible. Creative freelancers that don't deliver will receive a red flag from our team. We will investigate each claim and take appropriate actions accordingly. However, like with any job, make sure you have a contract in place, in line with your local national regulations, before starting the project, to make sure you're covered in
I can't find the creative service I'm looking for when filling out my creative brief
It either means that there are currently no registered freelancers that fit your requirements or that they are registered under another creative service name. Be sure that you are using the right terms and key words when filling out your creative brief. Could the creative service you're looking for be called something else? For example, if you're looking for someone to create a video, instead of searching for "Videographer", try "Filmmaker". Start searching for the role, as it's more genera
Is it free to send a creative brief?
Yes, it's 100% free to send a creative brief to the SSSHAKE network, for both freelance jobs and collaboration opportunities. However, you can only have one ongoing project at a time. Premium members can post as many creative briefs as they wish. You can find more information about our pricing here.
I want to work with someone again.
You can access all your past projects and hired freelancers on your Project Page. You can continue to send messages through the chat box once the project has been closed.
I no longer need a freelancer. Can I cancel my project?
Yes, you can cancel your project from your Project Page. Please be considerate of your selected freelancer and cancel as soon as you know you no longer need their creative services 😊
Can I send a creative brief for a remote opportunity?
Yes, just leave the location field blank in your creative brief if the opportunity can be done remotely. You can find more information about location, here
What if the creative I selected cannot perform the job?
The freelancer can cancel the project on their side, by clicking 'cancel' on the bottom right corner of the project on the Project Page. Once the freelancer cancels the project on their side, it will automatically revert to the selection stage, where you'll have access to all previously received applications.
