🤔 How does the app send call-outs to the right freelancer?
Your call-out gets sent to freelancers that match your brief requirements for the project. Freelancers who match these criteria will receive the opportunity: • The Role and Service you selected • The location you selected (except if the opportunity can be done remotely) If your opportunity is an unpaid collaboration, only freelancers that have accepted to receive these in their settings will receive your call-out.
🤔 Why wasn’t my call-out accepted?
Your call-out didn't meet our requirements For a paid opportunity: Your budget may have been too low or your brief may not have been specific enough. Please review these fields in your call-out after our feedback and try again. For collaboration opportunity: We don't accept any collaboration opportunities coming from businesses or with direct commercial intent. You can find additional information about opportunities here(/en/article/what-is-considered-as-an-opportunity-12gqcjm/

❌ I no longer need a freelancer. Can I cancel my call-out?
Yes you can. Head to your dashboard and click cancel on the info section of the relevant project. Please be considerate and cancel as soon as you can ☺️
❌ The freelancer didn’t deliver.
Close your project and let us know in the feedback area and we will get in touch. Freelancers that don't deliver will receive a red flag from our team. We will investigate each claim and take appropriate actions accordingly. We created a platform that connects your call-out with a relevant batch of freelancers, from which you select the individual with whom you would like to work. Like any projects, always make sure you are sufficiently covered by a contract, in line with the country where
